Christine

On this tiny street, rue Christine, is a tiny restaurant Le Christine. While in France you must once try the Côte de Bœuf. This is an enormous and flavorful cut of meat, unlike anything I have tasted back home. It is large, so share and it is priced accordingly. After a giant piece of steak, try something lighter for dessert, like some rich decadent chocolate cake with a melty gooey center. For example, the moelleux au chocolat with vanilla ice cream. We have nothing that can compare to this. Not chocolate cake, not Jello Pudding, (considering the Jello Pudding is the be-all end-all in American cuisine), nothing. We may not have côte de bœuf, but we’ll always have jello. It’s really our crowning glory.
