Quand vous êtes en vacances dans l’un des plus importants marchés immobiliers français vous savez que vous allez y découvrir des choses surprenantes. C'est dans le quartier de St Germain des Près qu'on trouve certaines des propriétés les plus chères de France. Et ça se voit. C'est un endroit où l’on aime venir manger, boire et faire du shopping. Les Parisiens viennent de tous les coins de Paris pour s'asseoir à la terrasse ombragée du Mabillon, du café de Flore, des Deux Magots ou à celle d'un des millions d’autres cafés du boulevard. Est-ce à cause de l'histoire de cet endroit ? c'était en effet un paradis pour les expatriés des années 30 ; ou alors parce que les happy hours offrent de généreuses réductions ? ou encore parce que les français n'ont besoin d'aucune excuse pour s'asseoir à l'ombre, échappant ainsi à la chaleur d'un jour d'été, boire un verre de vin frais et attendre l'heure du dîner ? Personnellement, je n'ai besoin d'aucune bonne raison...
