At reception, which is decorated in a romantic style, there is always someone to offer you guidance and advice about a show or a shop, a restaurant or a site to visit, an excursion, or bicycle, motorcycle or car hire, and help you to make your reservations.
Our daytime and night time receptionists are entirely at your service and speak French and English. They can also help you to find your way around the capital and the hotel's immediate neighbourhood. They will help you to send faxes, make photocopies and, if necessary, you may consult Internet at the reception.
WiFi access is paying. There is a safe, a luggage room, a shuttle bus service to the airport and a public car park nearby. The reception area appears to be even larger than it actually is, owing to a wall which is completely covered by a mirror and which reflects the establishment's painted beams and ancient stonework. The lounge area continues on from the reception area.
